be. It comprises a process of analysis, reflection and action,
supporting you to make key decisions and turn your dreams into
reality.

The
process

Each
programme starts with a FREE introductory session and
continues with a series of
one-hour
coaching sessions and
facilitated
self-development
exercises.

Sessions are
available 7 days a week from 9am to
7pm
by
telephone or face to face.

A one-hour
session costs £65. A programme of four sessions is
